Almost 1,000 new attorneys were admitted to the Bar of Ohio this week at a ceremony at the Ohio Theatre in Columbus. The Court's Press Release indicates that in all 1,016 attorneys passed the July Bar Exam, which represented an 88.8% passing rate for new test takers. A video of the administration of the oath is available both from the Ohio Supreme Court and the Ohio Channel. Last evening, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association held a reception to welcome new attorneys to the local bar.
